EXCERPT

In 2000, Holm concluded her Eleanor Clarke Slagle Lecture with the tongue-in-cheek query, “If in the year 2010 you stand accused of practicing occupational therapy based on research, will there be enough evidence to convict you?” At the advent of the targeted year, it seems appropriate to evaluate our chance of serving jail time! What are the profession’s key accomplishments over the past decade? What stumbling blocks to progress remain?
